Registering your Waxaway electrical will enable us to track your purchase and honour the given warranty. To register your new product, please complete the form below.
CONDITIONS FOR WARRANTY
1.The online registration form must be registered within 10 days of purchase.
1. Leaving the wax heaters switch on when the container is empty will void the warranty.
2. Removal, alteration or defacement of any serial number will void the warranty.
3. Normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty.
4. Repairs must only be performed by the Caronlab Australia Repair Centre.
5. Postage or delivery costs to and from repair centre must be paid by the purchaser.
6. Damages resulting from the following are not covered by this warranty:
i. Use of improper voltage or current
ii. Negligence, misuse, disassembly or dropping
iii. Using the wax heater without the non-stick coated heater insert supplied.
